This February, select Chick-fil-A restaurants in Denver, Colorado, Charleston, South Carolina and North Carolina’s Greensboro-Triad area are now serving as the testing ground for a brand new, plant-forward dish, the Cauliflower Sandwich.
Chick-fil-A’s new Cauliflower Sandwich comes with a thick, pressure-cooked cauliflower fillet that has been crispy-breaded and prepared just like the chain's signature seasoned chicken fillet. It also features a fresh bun and crinkle-cut pickle slices.
